Placing An Order
All Artbeats footage can be downloaded 24/7. Simply choose the Download delivery method in your Cart before checkout. If you prefer, you can have the footage shipped to you on disc.
If you wish to download your footage plus have a hard copy shipped to you on disc, our Customer Service associates can process your order by phone. A service fee of $30 will be applied to your order in addition to the standard shipping charges. Please call our office at 800-444-9392 to place your order.
Order Processing Time
Artbeats office hours are Monday-Friday, 6:00 am -5:00 pm PST
All orders received before 12:00 Noon Pacific Time will ship that day.* Orders received after Noon will ship the following business day.
*Applies only to Artbeats' regular office schedule. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.
How We Ship Your Products
Artbeats ships orders to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Our preferred shipping provider is FedEx. Artbeats does not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders outside the continental U.S. will be shipped via FedEx International Priority and are typically received within 3-5 days from the ship date. We do not offer overnight shipping options to locations outside the continental U.S.
As a courtesy, Artbeats emails all customers with tracking information once orders are in transit.
Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the shipment. Below is an example of these charges.

Artbeats will allow you to use your own FedEx or UPS number for your shipments if you prefer. Your order must be processed over the phone through one of our Customer Service associates and a $5 handling fee will be applied.
